Indiana High School Rodeo Association is a not for profit organization developed to strengthen
the sport of rodeo. Many of today's rodeo athletes go on to compete at a college level when
finished with high school. Those that choose not to, may continue their sport through jackpots
and open shows for many years to come as well as continuing the friendships developed through the
participation in Indiana High School Rodeo.
Contestants come from Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan to participate. Events are
held in all areas of Indiana as well as being invited to attend other high school rodeo association
events in the mid-western states.
Participants and families are encouraged to get involved in what ever manner time allows. A friend
is always just around the trailer ready to assist you or your high school participant.

IMPORTANT NATIONALS INFO:
***PLEASE READ***
We need items for our State Basket that will be auctioned off at Nationals in Farmington. The proceeds from this auction go to the NHSRA Crisis Fund.
The purpose of the fund is to provide financial assistance to offset the costs associated with an injury or death sustained by a NHSRA member at a sanctioned high school rodeo or while traveling to or from a high school rodeo. The NHSRA Crisis Fund is available to all NHSRA members. This is a very good cause and we want to represent Indiana well with a nice basket. The theme of our basket is "The Stars of Indiana" (famous people from Indiana). WE NEED DONATIONS!! Anything related to a famous person from Indiana. Anyone can donate!! If you have an item--you can get it to Laura Plummer at 2746 E CR 800 N Seymour, IN 47274 by Tuesday July 14th or you can get it to any high school member that is going to Nationals and they will get it there. All contestants competing at Nationals--please bring something for the basket!!
