Pretty 6 year old 14-3 hands sorrell gelding with 4 white stockings. He has been used for both heading and heeling. I have roped on him at jackpots, the Kentucky State Fair, and the North American Livestock Exposition. He is very quiet in the box and rates cattle well. SHOOT FOR GOLD. Shooter is sorrel 1991 model. He has Easy Jet, Jet Deck, and Top Moon on his papers and is built to run. He has a big stop and is very smooth. Anyone can rope on this head horse, you just turn him around in the box and he will stand there all day or until you kick him. Then you just sit up there and rope, he knows his job. Two years ago a thirteen yr old boy wanted to learn to rope. He rode Shooter to the pay window and won three saddles on him(in Texas). The boy lost interest and he has been standing in the pasture up until a couple months ago, he requires no tuning he just goes to work. Shooter is super safe on the ground and on his back.
